We have a flat postage amount of £2.99 which will be automatically added to your shopping basket.
We will endeavour to ship Internationally for the same rate but we will let you know if this isn’t possible and you will have the option of continuing or cancelling your purchase. (Please note that the delivery times may be longer for International shipping).

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase please email me and you can return it for a full refund minus postage costs. The item must be in its original unworn condition with its box and everything that comes with it intact. You will need to pay postage costs and will be responsible for it until it reaches us. Custom orders are not returnable as they have been created just for you and due to hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of earrings.
If your purchase needs to be repaired within 30 days, I am happy to do this for you free of charge. However, if it is obvious that it has been mistreated we reserve the right to charge for the service. Pieces can also be repaired or altered after this initial guarantee period for a small charge.
