You can return your jewellery to us for a full refund, minus the shipping cost within a 7 day period.  Please return the item to us in its original packaging and in an unworn condition.

Special Design orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty as they have been created especially for you.

Our standard shipping cost is £2.99 for UK mainland orders. We always try to mail International orders for the standard amount, however, in some cases there may be an extra charge which we will notify you about. (If at this point you decide not to continue with your order we will issue you a refund.)  Most orders are completed and shipped within 48 hours but please allow us up to 10 working days as each piece is hand crafted to order.

We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta via the Paypal Secure payment processing system.  Customers who have paypal accounts can also use this method for a secure transaction.
