How do I order?
Items can be purchased directly from the site. Most items can be customised to your preferences and then added to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your shopping you can then proceed to the secure checkout provided by Paypal.

How can I pay?
Our shopping cart is provided by Paypal. You can purchase our items securely using your Paypal account or credit/debit card.
I also accept payment by cheque, and card payments over the phone.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All jewellery is made to order and should be delivered to you within 3 weeks. (Although
I always try to complete your order within 7 -
If delivery is going to be longer due to component stock or workload you will be notified immediately.
For Weddings, please ensure that you have provided me with your wedding date, especially if the order is last minute. I will always do everything I can to ensure that you have your jewellery well in advance of your special day.
Are the items guaranteed?
Yes. All jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months. Within that period all repairs will be completed free of charge. All that ask is a contribution towards the postage.
Repairs out of the guarantee period will be charged at a rate of £6.00 plus materials and postage.
Returns Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days. We will provide you with a different item or a refund less the postage of the item. (Return costs will have to be paid for by the purchaser) We want you to be happy with your item so please give us as much information as you can about your requirements at the time of purchase.
**Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Could you refresh any jewellery that I already own?
Yes. I offer a jewellery box revamp service. I would be happy to repair or alter any pieces of jewellery that you have and either don’t wear anymore or would just like changed. Please contact me for more details and receive a free quotation.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes. We offer a gift voucher service through Paypal. Vouchers for any amount can be purchased on our Other Products page
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I am happy to ship international orders. Unfortunately, our checkout service has a few problems with regard to international postage. Please email me with your order and I will send you an invoice and arrange for payment.
